Below are their group responses:
1. What inspired you guys to play music?
Meshuggah is tight and we wanted to do that. So we got a line up together. Then through many changes in the line up, we gained a new vocalist and bassist on Craigslist. We got the ball rolling, and here we are now.
2. How has music changed your life?
We are known a lot more in the music scene and people now know us in more places. We have made many new friends and gained a new level of love, respect for each other and when people take the time to come to a show to see us; we then try and say hi.
3. What bands do you guys listen to and how has it shaped your music?
The Red Chord, Thy Art is Murder, Rose Funeral, Carnifex, Through the Eyes of the Dead, Black Dahlia Murder.
4. What advice do you guys have for others that want to pursue music as their career?
Don't set out to do music as a career. Be you!! Don't expect it to just take off. It won't be great at first.
5. Where did you guys get the idea for the name of your band?
The original band line up hated Jesus and wanted to refer to the crucifixion. We only have one Catholic band member, which is our bassist.
6. What do you guys want your fans to know about you that they might now know already?
If it wasnt for Bill, it would not have happened. We appreciate the fans, love taking pictures, signing things, and having conversation with each one of them :).
7. What are you guys thinking when you are on stage?
Bob: I am thirsty!!
Devin: Is my amp broke?
Aaron: Breakdowns. Butt bounce (haha). Smile at fans.
Ben: How does my face look?
8. What does your family think of your music?
Bob: They hate it.
Devin: They don't like it, but they come to the shows. So they are still supportive.
Aaron: "It is too loud"
Ben: My dad digs it. :)
9. What is your favorite food on tour that you guys eat?
We have not been on tour just yet, but I am sure we will feast on the cheapest food we can find and stock up on ramen.
10. What song that your guys wrote together is your favorite?
We spend an equal amount of time and dedication into writing our music and we hope it shows. Our favorite songs are definitely Tonights the Night, Deification, and our newest song that will be a surprise when we hit the studio. ;)
