Below are their group responses:
1. What inspired you guys to play music?
Our individual love and appreciation for great music and desire to share our passion with others.
2. How has music changed your life?
It has opened doors for us and allowed us to go places together that we could not have went just as a normal group of guys.
3. What bands do you guys listen to and how have they shaped your music?
Incubus, Kings of Leon, and Foo Fighters have all played a huge role in our musical influence and approach to songwriting.
4. What advice do you guys have for others that want to pursue in music as their career?
Find out what you are best at in the industry whether it be management, promotion, or actually being a musician because what you start out doing is not what you typically end up doing as a career path.
5. Where did you guys get the idea for the name of your band?
It comes from a local bike trail called 'The Silver Comet Trail'. It was a catchy name so we decided to go with it.
6. What is your favorite song that you guys made together and why?
It would have to be "End of Me" because it was the first song that we all sat down and wrote together as band. We all contributed to it in one way or another.
7. What do you guys want your fans to know about you that they might not know already?
We have only been together for a year.
8. What are you thinking when you guys are on stage?
Parry-How can I dance harder? Did I try the new dance move I worked on in the living room? (haha)
Jo Jo- I am in my own world.
Philip Shuford- I am really excited and wanting to nail the show.
Ben McBride- Man this is fun!
Dustin Williams- Connecting with the fans and seeing everybody’s reaction to the music.
