Here are the questions I asked them and their group responces are right under it:

1. What inspired you guys to play music?

We all grew up listening to different bands. For me, (Bryan) I grew up listening to pop-punk bands like New Found Glory, Mest, Blink 182 and The Starting Line. The band that inspired me to pick up a guitar and learn to play was Green Day. I just got tabs of the internet and would play each album, one after another every single day. Maybe wasn't the best choice for technicality, but it got the job done. George has a strange obsession with ACDC. Scott has been caught a few time drumming to Jewel and Savage Garden. The list of bands/music that influence us is endless :)

2. How has music changed your lifes?

Music has changed all our lives at one point or another. (Bryan) I have been doing this seriously since 2005 and have been in countless bands. Each one achieving more then the last. My small music goal in life was to play sold out shows at Chain Reaction, The Glasshouse and House of Blues. So far with One Last Look I've accomplished 2. Music allows us to connect to people in a different way then we could with words. There is nothing better then seeing people enjoy and sing along to music you had a hand in creating. Plus, seeing all the hard work paying off and witnessing your band reach a different level of success. It's a rewarding, fulfilling and addicting experience. George can attest to this seeing as One last Look is his baby. He started One last Look in high school with the original members and has seen it grow into what it is today (even though the current lineup is the best..cough cough). The sky is the limit and we are not done growing as a band.

3. What bands do you guys listen to and how have they shaped your music?

We listen to a lot of music. It's strange that we all come from different backgrounds and seem to find a happy medium with the music we create. Music reaches people in different ways and it means something different to everyone. If we are gonna name drop, we love listening to our friends in At The Skylines, Southern Lights, Author & Finisher, A Sinful Attraction, Mainstream Scare and all our close friends in the OC metal/hardcore scene :)

4. What advice do you guys have for others that want to pursue in music as their career?

If we could give advice to a band looking to further themselves is careless of what people say and just keep improving your band. With the safeguard of social media everyone feels they are a critic and their opinion matters. With every hater comes 100 people who like you. Embrace your true fans and don't listen to the negative. Were always getting weird responses because we don't follow the current metal-core trend. We strive to be a little different. Being the odd band out is ok sometimes. Regardless of if people liked you or not, they will remember you as the band who was different. So in summary, work hard, promote, and be yourself. Don't be the band that does what everyone else does. Be Unique!!!

5. Where did you guys get the idea for the name of your band?

Our name was our old singers idea. People know us by that name and it's too late to make a change. It fits our band and so we kept it.

6. What do you want your fans to know about you guys that they might not know already?

We work very hard and are constantly writing new lyrics for songs!!! If anyone has seen our live shows in the last 6-8 months they know about our sweet light show :) Which people don't know takes hours...and hours to program it to follow our songs. We feel our lights are a huge reason people kinda know who we are now. Venues hate us for it, but we wanna make sure all our fans get a special experience.

7. What are you guys thinking when you are on stage?

Nothing but excitement and nerves are going through our bodies before we play. That is our favorite place to be and so we try our best to make it the best show ever for all our dedicated fans watching. We love seeing everyone dance and sing a long to our music. Its why we do this and we want everyone of our dedicated fans to know that without you, we couldn't do this <3. We love each and everyone of you and are thankful to share this experience with you ;)

One Last Look is not a band that you can turn your face against because they have music that hits all your emotions because their lives can relate to yours. I listened to just one of their songs and I can't stop listening to them because I am so emotionally attached to what their music offers, which is compassion and understanding.
